Step 1 - How to Assemble
1. Place on the floor and push down
- Lay the trampoline on a flat and stable surface.
- Find the triangle section and place it on the floor as the image below and not the other way direction.
- Follow the warning label printed on the frame:
“This side down when opening. Keep your fingers away from the frame when opening.” - Place your palm on the side with the arrow sign that says:
“Press this side using your palm. Keep your fingers away from the frame when opening.” - Firmly press down with your palm to unfold the trampoline.
⚠️ Safety Tip:
- If the tension feels too tight, ask another person to help you open and press down together to avoid injury.
2. Adjust the bungee cords
- Once opened, check that all bungee cords are properly in place.
- Adjust them gently to make sure they are evenly aligned and secure.
- Ensure the jumping mat is flat and tight before use.
Step 2 - How to Bounce
- This is the smallest adult mini trampoline in the market, so:
- Start with small, controlled bounces.
- Avoid jumping too high during your first use.
- Take a few sessions to get familiar with the surface and space.
- Bounce on your toes, not your heels.
- Aim for soft, almost silent landings.
- Don’t stomp, your feet should barely make noise.
- For extra support, place the trampoline near a wall or stable object you can lightly hold.
- Listen to your body, rest whenever needed.
Step 3 - Bounce Safely
- Use only one person at a time.
- Avoid jumping with shoes with sharp bottom soles.
- Always place the mini trampoline on a flat surface and make sure the surrounding area and the floor underneath are clear of obstacles.
- To prevent falls or injuries, children under the age of 8 should only use it under adult supervision.
- Bouncing still involves motion and balance, so please use it mindfully.
- BounceBreak is not intended for tricks, flips, or high-impact jumps. Improper use may result in injury.
- Avoid bouncing if you feel dizzy, it requires focus and body awareness.
Step 4 - After Use: Care, Safety & Storage
1. Safe folding (optional)
- If you need to fold the trampoline after use, place it upside down on a flat surface.
- Slowly press down on the marked folding area to close it.
- Keep your fingers away from the hinge area during folding to avoid pinching.
- If it feels tight, get help from another person
2. Storage
- Store the trampoline in a dry, cool place.
- Avoid direct sunlight or humid areas to protect the bungee cords and mat.
- You can slide it under a bed or behind furniture to save space.
3. Cleaning & Maintenance
- Wipe the mat and frame with a very minimal damp cloth after each use.
- If you notice white patches on the trampoline mat that look like the colors have faded, use a slightly damp cloth to wipe them. The mat should return to normal.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes.
